來自法國的我從14歲就開始我的泰拳生涯。在積極的培訓下,我成了專頁的拳手。我有65次比賽經驗,得到64次勝利。曾經到泰國曼谷參與Rachanon Gym,也在Rangsit體育場參與最大型泰拳比賽。 我擁有7年的泰拳教練經驗。在法國當了3年教練後,我去到泰國教拳1年,馬來西亞2年,日本1年,目前來到香港參賽及教拳。 Hi there! My name is Eddy. I am originally from France. I started Muay Thai at 14 years old and quickly proved to be a great fighter. I moved to Bangkok to join the famous Rachanon gym and fought in all the biggest stadiums of the sports Max Muay Thai stadium Rangsit stadium. Know for my relentless walk forward style, I went on to complete internationally in France, Malaysia, Laos, Japan and Thailand

Muay Thai Personal Training

Whether you are just curious to learn the art, a seasoned fighter or someone who wants to use martial arts to stay fit, i will help you to smash your personal goals in fitness or in the sport. Practitioners use Muay Thai training for strength, conditioning, health and overall self confidence. Learn how to use your entire body as a weapon, combining fists, elbows, knees and shins, in addition to mastering stand up striking with various clinching techniques. I am available for 1-on-1 or small group personal training to get you where you want to be quickly and efficiently.

Every Personal Training Client receives Body Composition Tracking and Nutrition Advice, along with the most dynamic training regimen you have ever experienced. I offer specialized training for Weight Loss, Strength and Conditioning, and Overall Health and Wellness, using a variety of workouts based on your specific goals. I am here to give you 1-on-1 attention, but can also train couples and small groups as well.

Lady Self Defense Personal Training

Learning self defense is the only sure way to be confident in your ability to defend yourself and your loved ones in a dangerous situation. My Self Defense Personal Training will help you learn various different forms of martial arts and defensive tactics to give you the self confidence. I am proficient in multiple martial arts, weapons disarmament, hostage situations, home invasions, and single/multiple shooter situations. Self Defense Personal Training is offered for individuals and small groups, including workplace staff or entire families.

Boxing Personal Training

Whether you are a beginner, a seasoned boxer, or someone who just wants to learn how to box and stay fit, i will help you reach your goals quickly! I am fighter and coach 5 years coaching experience. Fine tune your punches, understand your angles, and learn counter punches, precision striking, and versatile footwork in 1-on-1 or small group Boxing Personal Training Sessions. Lose weight while learning “the sweet science” with our rigorous conditioning regimens.

Do you know kickboxing is a good exercise to increase muscular endurance? 

Many of the moves in kickboxing are repetitive and at a quick pace. Speed punches mixed in with power punches, speed roundhouse kicks mixed in with whatever else the instructor dreams up. It’s non-stop for the 2 or 3 minute round. The muscles don’t get recovery time as often as you might wish! This trains your muscles to work longer, thus building endurance.
