MUAY THAI PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you are just curious to learn the art, a seasoned fighter or someone who wants to use martial arts to stay fit, i will help you to smash your personal goals in fitness or in the sport. Practitioners use Muay Thai training for strength, conditioning, health and overall self confidence. Learn how to use your entire body as a weapon, combining fists, elbows, knees and shins, in addition to mastering stand up striking with various clinching techniques. I am available for 1-on-1 or small group personal training to get you where you want to be quickly and efficiently.

PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINING
I will design workouts that are fun, challenging, and will push you further than you ever thought possible! Every Personal Training Client receives Body Composition Tracking and Nutrition Advice, along with the most dynamic training regimen you have ever experienced. I offer specialized training for Weight Loss, Strength and Conditioning, and Overall Health and Wellness, using a variety of workouts based on your specific goals. I am here to give you 1-on-1 attention, but can also train couples and small groups as well.
LADY SELF DEFENSE PERSONAL TRAINING
Learning self defense is the only sure way to be confident in your ability to defend yourself and your loved ones in a dangerous situation. My Self Defense Personal Training will help you learn various different forms of martial arts and defensive tactics to give you the self confidence. I am proficient in multiple martial arts, weapons disarmament, hostage situations, home invasions, and single/multiple shooter situations. Self Defense Personal Training is offered for individuals and small groups, including workplace staff or entire families.

BOXING PERSONAL TRAINING
Whether you are a beginner, a seasoned boxer, or someone who just wants to learn how to box and stay fit, i will help you reach your goals quickly! I am fighter and coach 5 years coaching experience. Fine tune your punches, understand your angles, and learn counter punches, precision striking, and versatile footwork in 1-on-1 or small group Boxing Personal Training Sessions. Lose weight while learning “the sweet science” with our rigorous conditioning regimens.
